Microbiology

1. Demonstration Room Two demonstration rooms (60 Sq. mt. each) fitted with strip chairs, OHP, LCD projector and audiovisual aids and capacity to accommodate 80 students.
2. Research One research laboratory (50 Sq.m.area) for research purposes.
3. Museum One museum (80 Sq. mt.) for specimens, charts, models, with a sitting capacity of 40 students. All the specimens are lebelled and 15 copies of catalogues for students use are provided.
4. Departmental Library One Departmental library-cum-seminar room (30Sq.m.area) with 100 books.
5. Practical class room One Practical laboratory (200 Sq.mt. Area) with shelves cupboards, sinks, water taps, light and burners for 90 students with a preparation room (14 sq.m.area).
6. Service Laboratories There are Seven service lab as follows:-

   1. Bacteriology including Anaerobic;
   2. Serology;
   3. Virology;
   4. Parasitology;
   5. Mycology;
   6. Tuberculosis;
   7. Immunology.
   8. Media preparation and storage (20 Sq.m.area)
   9. Auto Claving (12 Sq.m. area)
   10. Washing & drying room (12 sq.m.area)
